A new exciting concept gastro restaurant and bar in Little Bollington just outside Bollington, Cheshire was uncovered as HOME, the latest brainchild of Chris Hume, with 30 years of running some of the areas best venues from Steak & Kebab in Didsbury in the 70s to the French Brasserie Wimslow and Hale and the American Bar in Hale, up to recently selling his last business, now refreshed and excited about his latest idea HOME.
The gastro restaurant and bar concept focuses on great traditional British dishes with a contemporary twist, using quality and value for money that has always been the hallmark of all the establishments the Mr Hume has had in previous ventures.
The concept also includes a great new bar serving premium lagers and cider, traditional ales, as well as cocktails, and will boast a wine list of over 150 wines and champagnes chosen specifically for HOME from some of the worlds greatest vineyards and wine estates. Open until 12.00am daily and 1.00am at weekends.
