Each of our “amuses bouches” dishes is a miniature version of a quality classic dish, prepared freshly throughout service to be enjoyed without the need for cutlery or plates, to be eaten whole whilst mingling - a “grazing experience" with enough delicious items to satisfy the heartiest appetite without the feeling of fullness associated with a large plated dining experience.
